Future Brain Media is a joint venture between veteran animation producers Aaron Augenblick and Daniel Powell, focused on bringing a unique perspective and aesthetic to the children’s media landscape. Future Brain combines the infrastructure of Augenblick Studios, Irony Point,and Great City Post to form a full service production company that can handle every aspect of production, from development through delivery.

About Future Brain Media

BIOS

Aaron Augenblick is an animator, writer, and director. He is the founder of Augenblick Studios, an animation studio in Brooklyn, NY, and co-founder of Future Brain Media, a children's programming company. Augenblick Studios has been operating for over 20 years producing content for television, film, and digital media including projects for Comedy Central, Adult Swim, MTV & Netflix. Augenblick has also directed award winning short films (e.g. Sundance Film Festival, Ottawa Film Festival). Future Brain Media's debut series is a show Augenblick created called City Island for PBS Kids. Augenblick’s unique vision has established him as a leading animation director.

AARON AUGENBLICK

Daniel Powell is the Emmy and Peabody winning co-President of TV & Film production company Irony Point, and a founding partner of both Future Brain Media and podcast company Radio Point. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children (plus several cats).
